Once your booking is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with your itinerary details and payment instructions (if not already made). Please ensure that all information you provide is correct and accurate. We are not responsible for any data errors. - Payment Methods
We provide several payment methods for your convenience:
PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), Bank Transfer, Book Now, Pay Later – this option is only available for certain packages and is subject to additional approval and terms. - Payment Policy
To secure your reservation, full payment or a deposit may be required depending on the package type. If you choose “Book Now, Pay Later,” you are required to make payment by the specified time (will be informed at the time of booking). Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation without refund. - Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations more than 14 days before the travel date will receive a full refund, minus an administration fee. Cancellations between 7–14 days before departure will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 7 days are non-refundable. In certain cases (force majeure, natural disasters, etc.), we will assist with rescheduling or refunds according to our partner’s policy. - Schedule Changes
Changes to the travel schedule can be made at least 7 days before departure, subject to availability. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. - Responsibility & Risk

We are not responsible for any loss, accident, delay, or personal damage that occurs during the trip.
